Fabia Zobel was born 1981 in Roßdorf (Hessen, Germany) as the youngest of three girls.
Originally educated as Industrial Designer, she later got a second degree in Animation movie, where she specialized on background paintings and concept art. While working for the entertainment industry mostly digitally, she never stopped drawing and painting originals.
She focuses on landscapes and architecture, the emotional quality of color and the play of light and composition.
Main materials are acrylics or watercolor (often mixed with waterproof ink or Gouache) .
